    Job Description: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Assistant Store Director in the daily management of the boutique, including sales performance, client experience, team leadership, operations, and visual standards. The ASM acts as second-in-command and leads the business when the Assistant Store Director is unavailable.

    Key Responsibilities: Support daily boutique operations and retail priorities. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs
    Manage clienteling, CRM outreach, and VIP client relationships. Oversee inventory, replenishment, transfers, RTVs, and stockroom organization
    Maintain visual merchandising and luxury brand standards. Support events, activations, and local partnerships. Manage opening/closing procedures and operational compliance. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling
