    Job Description
    Represent Diptyque in-store by delivering luxury-level service and strong product guidance. Build and maintain client relationships, drive sales across channels (in-store and digital), and support daily boutique operations (opening/closing, floor support, stock, returns, visual standards). Meet personal sales targets and boutique KPIs.

    Required skills
    - 3+ years luxury retail sales experience (beauty/fragrance preferred)
    - Strong client service and relationship-building; proven sales/KPI results
    - Confident communication and organization; business awareness
    - Comfortable with basic tools/tech (POS/selling tools; Microsoft Office)
    - Flexible retail availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
