    Senior Designer with big picture vs small scale thinking that can lead and manage high-end, large scale projects in the Hamptons.

    Required Skills:

    -Extremely organized

    -Excellent communication skills

    -Create and develop design concepts

    -Deep knowledge of construction methods and materials

    -Technical proficiency with drawings and elevations

    -Project management - Specifications, Confirmation, Follow-up, Installation

    -Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors

    -Oversee budgets, timelines, purchasing and schedule to a timely completion 

    -Conduct quality control of all aspects of project including finishes
